Sinopsis
Cuentan los tsotsiles que los profesionales del espacio tuvieron su reunión anual para seleccionar a su presidente. Todos discutían y estaban alterados, provocando que el carnero diera fin a la pelea.

Hace muchos años, bajo el árbol que sostiene la vida,

Los profesionales del espacio tuvieron su reunión anual para seleccionar a su presidente.
El elegido debía de tener el espíritu noble de espantar y no temer a los hombres.
El primero en proponerse fue El carnero, elogiando sus patas fuertes.
Después, la mujer peluda, se propuso como presidenta; interrumpida por El sombrerón quien aseguraba que su presencia dejaba pálidos y muertos de miedos a los hombres.
Todos discutían, menos el duende que era el único que conservaba la compostura.
La mujer insistía y todos comenzaron a gritar “quiero ser presidente”
Pero el carnero encolerizado sacudió y dispersó a todos.
Fue así que nunca más se volvieron a reunir.
Así lo cuentan los tsotsiles.

The Meeting of the Scare-People
A long time ago, underneath the Tree of Life, the professionals of fright had their annual meeting to select their president.
The chose one should had to have the noble spirit to scare men with no fear.
The first one to nominated himself was the Ram, showing of his strong paws. Followed by the Hairy Woman who wanted to be queen. Both were interrupted by the Big Hat who assured them all men turned pale, scared to death by his presence alone.
Everyone was arguing except for the Elf, the only one who kept calm.
The woman insisted on it and all of them started to shout: “I want to be president”.
The Ram, infuriated, scatter everyone and they never reunited again.
That’s how Tsotsiles tell it.
